Is it me or is there something just lovely about vintage fabrics!!!

Its the soft faded colours, stacked together with the hand sewing on the edges suggesting that at some time in the past these treasures have meant alot to someone, enough to justify a repair which just adds to their being.

These vintage cushions are just the most lovely faded fabrics, hand sewn.

and what about vintage blankets !
